SHIPPING

Our The House Cats Coffee coffee beans are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secure, tracked shipping method. The House Cats Coffee ships to the Netherlands and Belgium, and we aim to deliver the coffee beans within 2-5 business days. Shipping costs and delivery time are calculated at check-out. Please do keep in mind delays can occur.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address. 

Due to COVID-19, please take into account that there is a possibility for delay of approximately 5 business days in receiving your order. We appreciate your patience and are doing everything we can to get your order to you safely while adhering to the government guidelines. 

 

CUSTOMS

Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing. Orders shipped from non EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which will be your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.

Please note as well that we will not be able to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

 

RETURNS

We can't take coffee back, given the proceeds. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your coffee or there is something wrong with the coffee, please email us within a week of delivery.

If there is something wrong with the accessories / merchandise we will of course make it up to you. However, we cannot take back items that work properly. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be reported within 1 week of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be communicated 4 weeks from the delivery date.
